We had one large oak tree that we suspected needed to be removed and another that we weren’t sure about. Tyler was able to come assess our situation the day after I called and spent time explaining to me what was wrong with the trees and what the best course of action would be. As we suspected the first tree did need to be removed and was in a somewhat complicated place to get to. We were super impressed with Tyler and his whole crew on the day of removal with how they were able to set up the crane and needed equipment to remove the tree safely and without causing any damage to the yard or surrounding structures. They worked quickly and even collected and disposed of branches from around the tree that had fallen prior to their arrival. When they were done there was no sign that there had been any work done in the area. The second tree we were able to just prune back and again were very impressed with the outcome. It not only looks much better and is less of a safety issue for the house but will be able to remain in place for years to come. The entire crew was friendly and respectful and clearly very knowledgeable about what they were doing. They were able to schedule us within a week of my initial call, even with having to call and get utilities marked out, and both trees were able to be completed in one day (save for grinding the stump of the removed tree which only took an hour or so the following day). We will definitely be using New Leaf for any future needs!

I called several places to get a stump removed and had difficulty getting a call back. I called ‘New Leaf’ at 7PM and Rachel answer the phone and said she would send someone the next day to look at it. Tyler called me before he arrived estimated the effort and we scheduled it for later in the week when the super powerful crane truck was available. The folks are real operators with fantastic equipment and a fantastic work ethic. Would recommend 100%. They made sure I was happy before they left and they cleaned everything up.

New Leaf team did a terrific job today - removed three trees, limbed up others and trimmed lots of overgrowth. Dependable, arrived right on time, and quickly took care of the job. Highly recommended and now won't use anyone else except New Leaf.

We have 6-8 large trees on our property and have used these guys on many occasions over the year and have consistently been pleased with their work. They show up when they say they will, and get the work done efficiently. They clean up the property before leaving, and also double check to make sure you’re happy with the job before packing up. We’ve used these guys for several years now and won’t even consider anyone else.

We live near a creek and had a lot of growth. They gave advice on how to save as much of the trees as possible. They came in and did exactly what we agreed to and very quickly. I have used them on 3 separate occasions and they have been very consistent.

Definitely would recommend New leaf for all tree needs. They did great. Left everything super clean and were very friendly and great with communicating. They came fast and got the work done in a reasonable time every time they have done work for me. They also did landscaping in my back yard and everything turned out so pretty.
